ARC specializes in
high-quality mentoring program evaluation. I provide excellent value even
for small budgets. During 20 years of consultation, I have a developed
templates and other efficiencies so that you can afford to have me do the
quality of work I want to do for you.
My most affordable services focus on
evaluating match quality. That work is possible because of the mentoring surveys
I co-authored. They allow me to efficiently measure what is most important to any mentoring

Level of Evaluation is Right for Your Program?
ARC offers three broad levels of
evaluation services. Entry-level evaluations assess match quality and help
programs make matches that last longer. Mid-level evaluations provide the same insight and

program evaluation that will demonstrate the outcomes your program is

a range of outcomes such as attitudes, behavior, and academics. Onsite
interviewing and observation of matches are available options. Reporting
